The Explorer U.S. Military Level 3 Tactical Backpack is excellent for a bugout bag or a three-day survival bag. The backpack is 41 liters and water-resistant. The backpack has a compartment for a water pouch, but it's unknown if it can fit a 3-liter bladder. The front pouch does not have organizers. The backpack has non-metallic zippers, and it is easy to carry. The backpack is strong, and some customers have used it for five years without any issues. However, some customers experienced poor quality with the zippers and straps. It's made in China, but the fabric is made in the USA.
