Many customers appreciate the advice given by Galloway, a seasoned runner, and find his tips helpful for their own running journeys. Some reviewers found success with the method in reducing pain, improving times, and avoiding burnout. However, a few readers felt that the book contained a lot of fluff and filler, lacking in critical points and being somewhat repetitive.
