Answer: The Shark White color is definitely a shade of gray. TotalBoat Wet Edge is available in several colors more like what you are after. -

Has anyone used this in florida tampa bay waters? what were the results?
Answer: Can't speak for Tampa waters. At first there was slime growth after a month in the water, but it kept barnacles away. The paint looked good after a diver checked the boat. -

Can this be used to coat the inside of PVC pipe used in a seawater pump system?
Answer: No.
