What is the JRNY Membership?

Answer: Yes, you can use third-party cycling apps like Peloton and Zwift on your smartphone, tablet, or smart TV. With a JRNY account, the bike's metrics, such as cadence and power, are transmitted to these apps via Bluetooth connectivity. -

What other accessories are included with the Bowflex Bike?
Answer: The Bowflex Bike comes with a Bluetooth heart rate armband, powerful Bluetooth speakers, dual water bottle holders, and 3 lb dumbbells with easy access cradles. -

Does the display show you the resistance level?
Answer: Yes. The display shows the resistance level as you turn the knob. -

Would I get the in-home assembly option?
Answer: Maybe they just added the assembly fee, but it is available for $89. -

Is there a place to put my own device?
Answer: What type of device. You can utilize type of mounting bracket that would fit on std bicycle handle bars. -

What is the lowest setting for saddle height?
Answer: I didn’t measure but I’m 5’3” and my seat is set on the lowest, and seat is all the way forward. My handle bars all the way back toward me and I’m comfortable. -
Question:
Having a hard time deciding on if the velcore tilt option along with the mandatory subscription fees are worth the extra money over the c6. Thoughts?
Answer: It’s hard to say being I’ve never been on the C6. The tilt function is a little gimmicky. The jrny app is not user friendly and SLOW. Hindsight, I may have gone with the C6 and use my iPad. -
Question:
Did anyone have a problem of a clicking sound at pedaling?
Answer: Once in a while I get a sound from the flywheel area. No clicking sounds so far and I have used the bike 5 times a week since Dec 8, I did change the pedals on mine. -
Question:
How many boxes does this ship in?
Answer: It comes in one box. They will deliver it into the front door or garage. Then it is in several parts to assemble once unpacked. -
Question:
Does the machine work without WiFi?
Answer: Yes.
