Deep Purple’s live album, recorded in Mumbai during the Mk VII lineup’s first tour, is considered as the greatest Rock concert ever played in India. The band is in top form on these recordings, and this is also the earliest recording of them playing live. The album is a brilliant document of the last reunion of the MK lineup and the history of British Rock. The set list is mostly the tried and trusted 70s classics with some new songs. The DVD is a nice addition but with low picture quality. The album is recommended for completists and vinyl lovers but not for the casual fan. Some customers complained about the image and sound quality while others enjoyed the CD.
