I need seller contact details? When changing between warm and cold light, 3 of the petals give the opposite light to the rest. Looks terrible.

Dear, based on your description, we have determined that the problem is that three of the petal wiring connectors were reversed when wiring the petals. If you are unable to resolve this, please feel free to contact us via email.

Can two lights be controlled with one remote? My intention is to have two 5 led lights in the same room.

I don't think so. You'd have two remotes, so one for each.

Can we change the bulb if one not working?

The answer is no you can't, but the life expectations for the led light are exceptional so to be honest I can't think why you've even asked this question!!!

Is this grey on the tips of the petals?

No, the flower ceiling light is white throughout when the light is not on.

Is 18 head too big and bright for 16sq meter living room?

Hello, not at all. This is a ceiling lamp with adjustable brightness.

Does it come with remote control?

Hi yes it came with a remote control.

How does the remote work on this? Mine seems to be not working.

Hello, have you not bound the remote control? Here is the binding method for the remote: Turn off the lights for 20-30 seconds. Turn on the light again. Press and hold the WiFi button on the remote within 5 seconds. Lights will flicker or turn off. The lighting fixture is successfully bound. If you need memory function, you have to pay attention. The switch on the wall must remain on. Then you can only use the remote to adjust the light bulb on/off. The switch on the wall won't turn off. Otherwise, the brightness setting of the fixture will be cleared. If you have any other questions, you can always contact us by email.

Yuanfenghua Chandeliers CX-9001 Editorial Review

LED Ceiling Light Dimmable Living Room Lamp with Remote Control Colour Changing Bedroom Ceiling Lamp Modern Ceiling Lighting Ceiling Lighting Chandelier Lamp Dimming 10Heads/Diameter 85cm / 33.4Inches [Energy Class E] offers an impressive 4800 lumens of light output with three color temperature options, making it a versatile choice for any indoor setting. Although many users admire its stunning appearance and brightness, several have noted that the assembly process can be quite challenging, particularly with the instructions only available in German. Tips from users suggest watching instructional videos to ease the installation, which may help to mitigate the frustrations faced during setup. Overall, while the lamp's modern minimalist design and dimmable features are appreciated, the assembly hurdles should be considered before purchase.
