- High Performance: The all metal heat dissipation design promotes uniform heat dissipation and supports high speed printing. The hardened steel nozzles have a temperature resistance of up to 500- 650℃, suitable for high temperature engineering materials such as for PEEK and PEI, expanding the range of printable consumables.
- Easy Installation: With a compact modular design, the heating block, heat break, nozzle, and silicone cover are all pre installed. There is no need for wiring or stripping of wires, and it can be quickly and directly installed onto the corresponding printer, simplifying the replacement process.
- Refiend Details: The standard hot end reduces the shortage of consumables caused by insufficient extrusion, optimizes the rough model appearance, and ensures high end printing details
- Integrated Design: The magnet block on the heating component can quickly and accurately fix the nozzle, making the disassembly and installation of the nozzle easy and convenient
- Prevent Clogging: The nozzle and throat adopt a low roughness inner wall design, effectively reducing clogging, and improving printing quality
