This blend of sea salt, paprika, garlic and hickory smoke flavor is just right for brisket, pork or chicken. C.B. Stubblefield, known as “Stubb”, opened his first bar-b-q joint in 1968 in Lubbock, Texas. Stubb would say that he was just a cook who loved barbecue so he created this Bar-B-Q Rub with quality ingredients to complement all kinds of meats.
