With an impressive capacity of 18.5L, this safe is particularly praised for its compact design, enabling it to fit snugly into a variety of spaces without sacrificing storage capability. Customers have highlighted its effectiveness in storing important documents, electronics, and even some jewelry, albeit with the caveat that A4 documents need to be managed carefully to fit optimally inside. Users appreciate the clear and straightforward instructions provided, which help navigate the setup and operational elements of the safe. The locking mechanism, while deemed secure and sturdy, has received mixed feedback based on the user experience. Some customers find it easy to operate, while others indicate difficulties with the lock’s responsiveness. The weight of the safe has been mentioned repetitively, with many reviewers advising against frequent relocation once it has been set up. This heftiness contributes to its perceived security but poses logistical challenges for users who may want flexibility in accessing their stored items. In terms of fireproof and waterproof capabilities, numerous customers express satisfaction, citing it as a reliable option at a competitive price point. However, there are noteworthy concerns regarding customer service, particularly in instances where users experienced lock issues and sought help without receiving timely responses from the company. This aspect may leave some potential buyers hesitant, particularly those storing critical documents. All in all, the MASTER LOCK safe box offers a practical solution for home or professional use, striking a balance between affordability and safety, as long as users are prepared for some compromises regarding the locking mechanism and customer support. **
