The bow hair of the SV-120 is made of natural horse's tail hair, which may have a few pieces that are not effective. If needed, you can simply trim them with scissors. It's important to mention that the string may run out during tuning, but this is usually caused by overwinding.
Rest assured that this is not a defect in the product. For optimal performance and maintenance, it is recommended to apply pine oil to the bow.
