On the other hand, some customers were disappointed with the one-finger operation claim. They found that the stapler did not live up to this promise and had to put in the same amount of effort as with a regular stapler. Some attributed this to the poor quality of the supplied staples and found that using different staples improved the performance. There were also concerns regarding the manufacturer's response to customer issues. A note in the packaging advised contacting the manufacturer rather than Amazon for any problems, raising questions about the product's quality. Overall, the deli Effortless Standard Desktop Stapler has received mixed reviews. While some customers were pleased with its performance and ease of use, others were disappointed with the one-finger operation claim and the supplied staples.
